About Burgess
Burgess grew up in a Disney-loving family, with childhood memories filled with trips to the parks and magical moments. However, by the time she reached adulthood, her enthusiasm for Disney had waned. That all changed when she married her husband Josh and became a mother to three littles—Hughes, Helen, and Birdie.
Disney magic was reawakened as she introduced her children to the wonder and joy of Disney, rediscovering her love for the brand along the way.
With a background in marketing, event planning, and client services, Burgess found that these skills paired perfectly with her decision to be a travel agent. Now, she channels her passion for planning trips and her professional experience into helping families plan the most unforgettable vacations.
Outside of travel planning, Burgess is a teacher at the sweetest preschool. She loves reading a good book and playing mahjong.
