Anna Smith

Anna grew up in Irmo, South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina before completing both her Master’s and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).

Anna and her husband have called James Island, South Carolina, home for the past 15 years, where they are raising their two children. Her passion for helping others led her to a career in school nursing, where she enjoys supporting students and families each day.

Growing up, Anna spent her summers vacationing at Sullivan’s Island, the Isle of Palms, and Surfside Beach, creating lifelong memories with her family and friends. Those experiences sparked a love of travel that continues today. After taking her own family to Walt Disney World for the first time in 2017, she quickly became a true “Disney family.” She has loved experiencing Disney through every stage of her children’s lives—from toddlers to tweens—and treasures the joy and wonder each trip brings.

When Anna isn’t cheering on her children at their activities, working as a school nurse, or planning dream vacations, you’ll likely find her curled up with a good book, spending time outdoors, or enjoying the beautiful Lowcountry with family and friends.
