My journey into the world of travel started with my childhood adventures throughout Europe, and it truly blossomed during my college years when I had the privilege of studying in both London, England, and Sydney, Australia. My commitment to this passion continued after college, as I worked abroad in London, then as a travel agent and later served as a Study Abroad Coordinator at Michigan State University. Since 2021, I've been assisting fellow travelers as a member of the Favorite Day Adventures team.

As a parent of three wonderful children aged 10, 13, and 16, my family and I have embarked on numerous unforgettable journeys around the globe. From exploring the cultural wonders of Japan to indulging in the romantic allure of Italy, basking in the breathtaking beauty of Hawaii, and immersing ourselves in the natural wonders of New Zealand, our travels have been both enriching and heartwarming. Traveling with kids is a unique and rewarding experience, fostering family bonding and allowing us to connect with locals on a deeper level. We've discovered that people are often more friendly and engaging when we're traveling with our children.

Recently, we had the incredible opportunity to reside in Melbourne, Australia for my husband’s university sabbatical.  During this time, I successfully managed extended stays, enrolled my children in local schools, and navigated complex visa processes.
