What we are looking for:

We are looking for self-driven individuals who have a passion for travel and providing excellent service to clients, with strong professional and social networks. In addition to research and custom recommendations, an advisor will work closely with the client to provide comprehensive care from the initial booking through the completion of travel. This is an independent contractor position in which the contractor is responsible for cultivating his or her own book of business.

Your qualifications:

  • EMinimum age of 21-years and a legal resident of the United States
  • ETravel is a passion, not just a hobby or interest
  • ERepetitive and recent travel to the destinations you would like to sell
  • EStrong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • EExcellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • EAbility to multitask within a fast paced environment
  • EProficiency in navigating various computer systems, including Office, Google Workspace, and social media development
  • ESavvy researcher of all aspects of travel and someone who will consistently pursue continuing education in the field
  • EPrior experience in sales and customer service
  • EPositive attitude and strong ethics / high moral standards
  • EAbility to work independently as well as part of a team

Contractor Expectations:

  • EOffer personalized travel recommendations based on an understanding of clients’ unique needs and preferences
  • EResearch and experience travel destinations as part of ongoing professional education
  • EProvide complete professional support for clients including processing of booking, reservations, facilitating payments, and management of all travel components
  • EStay current on industry trends, travel regulations, and vendor training
  • EHandle client inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively
  • EUtilize client reservation management systems in a timely manner
  • EUtilize social media and other marketing methods to support the agency and grow a personal book of business
  • EResponsibility for their own insurance, taxes, equipment, and other business expenses

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role. Commissions are paid out to the advisor only after the client completes travel and the agency receives commission from the vendor(s). Commissions are processed to advisors on a monthly basis.
